I’ve spent the last week being poked, prodded and probed. I’ve been through FOUR IVs (damn nausea medication burns my veins) and every scan they could think of (two CT scans, a HIDA scan, an MRI and a Colonoscopy). Finally they’ve decided to take me to surgery and remove my gallbladder tomorrow morning. Unfortunately they have to do an open surgery instead of laproscopy, which means that I face two more weeks at home recovering.
Please send your prayers and positive thoughts for a quick, easy surgery.
