The House today came 13 votes shy of overriding President Bush’s veto of S-CHIP, the national child healthcare bill. God forbid people should have to pay a bit more for those cancer sticks to help keep our kids healthy. This just really disgusts me.

That is so ridiculous. His reasoning on a show I saw, that some of the kids that the bill will support could get health care somewhere else, made me want to vomit.

That’s right, Dakota. He’s like an 8 year-old on the playground who is not getting his way so he takes his ball and goes home. Instead of focusing on the kids, he’s focusing on getting back at those “mean ‘ol Democrats” who won’t let him get his way. Double Grrr!
