Anyone know how I can add my blogroll into my new theme? The theme didn’t come with a blogroll integrated into the sidebar and I’m no longer comfortable enough in coding, nor do I have enough free time, to figure out how to update the code to put my blogroll entries back in. They show up under “Blogroll” in my WordPress account, but aren’t displaying in the new theme’s template. Thanks to anyone who cares to send some help my way.

Zuska – I love it! Blogger is a bit more straightforward, but if you know the slightest thing about code, WordPress has so much more functionality.
Nice thing is that I can use other parts of the server for personal stuff that only family can access (pictures and such).
LRH – I do now host my WordPress blog on my own server. Paid $80/year for the privelege (ack!).
Butterflyfish – good tip! I’ll take a look.

I know someone who got around that by making her blogroll a tab up top — you know, where you have HOME and ABOUT ME… she added BLOGROLL.
Hope this helps. And knowing you have to pay for the privilege of editing your template just convinced me to stay with Blogger.

You may already know this, but you have to pay extra for the privilege of editing your theme. This from a fellow recent WordPress convert (who did not, in fact, follow you there; it was a coincidence, I swear!).

I like the new theme, and it’s making me think I need to try WordPress post-bar. Do you like it? I love the feel of this template.
